Hi! I’m Carol, owner of the Tasty Tucker Truck. I’ve always loved cooking and sharing food with those around me. After many years in public health, I decided it was time to follow my passion, and I trained as a chef. I’ve worked in restaurants and cafes prior to stepping out on my own and starting the Tasty Tucker Truck. Now, I’m directing my passion for good food towards home delivery.

In recent years there has been a shift in people’s eating habits, and convenient food and meals-for-one are on the rise. More and more I would hear my friends and family say; “I want good food, but I don’t have the time to cook”. That’s where we come in.
