Our meals are packed in biodegradable single serve tubs. This reduces our impact on the environment and eliminates BPAs, PFAS or microplastics from your meals. The containers can be composted or recycled.
Depending on the size of your order, your delivery will be packaged in either a reusable chiller bag or polystyrene box with ice packs. These are reused for your next order, so keep them somewhere safe, and pop them out when your next delivery is due.

Local delivery is free for orders over $100. Otherwise, it is $15 per order. If you live outside of our free delivery zone, please get in touch, and we can work out a delivery rate.

We currently offer delivery to the City of Knox in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. We deliver on Sunday and Tuesday between 4-7pm.
Please order by Friday evening for Sunday delivery , and by Sunday evening for Tuesday delivery.
Delivery is $15, but Orders over $100 receive free local delivery.

Your meals are made fresh and will last up to five days in the fridge. Most meals can be frozen for up to three months. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Meals are designed to be single serve. Just heat and eat!

We have meals that are vegan, vegetarian, gluten and nut friendly. Please look out for the dietary tags in our meals’ descriptions.
While we strive to provide meals that cater to all needs, our meals are prepared in a small commercial kitchen, and cross contamination may occur. If you have any concerns about the preparation of your order, please contact us directly.
